Transitioning from detox or residential treatment
Stepping down from outpatient treatment programs
Seeking stable housing
Working toward independent living
Participating in recovery, IOPs, and other treatment programs
Seeking stability after homelessness or unstable housing
Employed or actively seeking employment
Focused on rebuilding relationships and personal stability
Looking for shared, transitional housing
